Our Ashram provides a peaceful environment for spiritual pursuit. To maintain a positive atmosphere, participants are requested to observe the following guidelines.
- > Participants are expected to respect the sanctity of the Ashram
- > Participants are expected to retire to their rooms by _
- > Participants should be punctual and maintain 100% attendance during the course duration
- > Photography/Videography during the sessions is subject to Instructor’s permission
- > Use of electronic devices/mobiles limited to designated areas and duration
- > Participants are expected to adhere to the stipulated Dress code
- > Participants are expected to maintain a calm demeanor in the Ashram
- > Consumption of Alcohol, Tobacco and Non-Vegetarian foods are prohibited
- > Participants are expected to observe celibacy
- > Participants are expected to be cordial, respectful and emphatic towards one another
Students Responsibilities:
- Daily homework on the topic of the main lecture.
- Work-sheets on four Aasanas assigned by the teacher.
- Report submission and presentation (topics will be assigned by the teacher).
- Daily 60 minutes Seva (service), as a part of inculcating Karmayoga attitude.
- Attending all the sessions are compulsory.
- Try Scoring minimum 75% of marks in written as well as in practical exams.
Weather in June/July
Hyderabad experiences medium to heavy rains and strong winds during these months that constitute the monsoon season in the city. Due to rains, the humidity level in the city rises and the temperature can vary from 27 to 24 degree Celsius. However, evenings are pleasant with cool breeze.
Weather in November/December
The winter season in Hyderabad begins from the month of November and continues till February. The average temperature during this time period ranges from 24 to 12 degree Celsius.
Dress Code:
Loose fitting and comfortable clothing of breathable material, that covers the legs and shoulders.
