Refund/Cancellation Policy: :

• Transactions that are successfully debited by the payment gateway but not confirmed back to Sai Geetha Ashram's system are seemed to be failed transactions. All such transactions are eligible for refund post reconciliation. In such transactions, money (excluding Bank/Payment Gateway charges) is refunded in 20 working days.
